Refreshing drinks and the perfect ambiance? That’s what our Tropicana Bar was all about. Overlooking the Aegean’s inspiring blue hues, its direct view of the sea made it the ideal place to unwind and socialize, leading to unforgettable memories and long-lasting friendships.

 

Our vision with Enalia Seaside Restaurant was to serve delectable traditional dishes and offer a unique culinary journey of Greece to our guests. Imagine open fires with the beach as background, flames dancing against the serene night sky as you’re served succulent, local “antikristo” lamb delicious homemade pies from all over Greece, and traditional mageireuta dishes. The finishing touches? Sitting by the beach, sipping on some wine, and gazing out into the Aegean’s embrace. What could be better?

In memory of a beloved team member who lost their life in 2023, we organized our first blood drive on October 18, 2023, in collaboration with Rhodes General Hospital. A total of 17 units of blood were collected, marking the beginning of a cherished tradition within the Amada Colossos family.

 

While 2023 had its highlights, it was also a year of devastation for the entire country, and particularly for the island we call home. During the summer wildfires, Amada Colossos remain untouched and we could focused on monitoring the situation in the south part of the island; we opened our doors to visitors from other areas of Rhodes, generously offering them the authentic Amada experience which we are known for.

 

Our commitment to sustainability remains unwavering. We are continuously working towards preserving the beauty of Rhodes, with preliminary results soon to be unveiled. Learn more about our efforts here.

 

We proudly supported Breast Cancer Awareness Month and offered pink sweets in our Main Restaurant, raising awareness in the most delicious way we could conjure up.
