Updated Statement on Cancellation and Voucher Policy

From the moment we have opened our doors we are welcoming you with open arms and a smile that comes from our heart in our beloved Rhodes. In this challenging time, love, and passion for everything we do are guiding our response to the unsettling situation created by Covid-19.

 

We hope that you, your loved ones, and your communities are staying healthy and strong. Please know, that our team is always maintaining the highest standards of security and cleanliness as the safety and wellbeing of our guests and associates remain our top priority. In response to the Covid-19 situation, we are closely monitoring national and international authorities’ updates to ensure that resort’s procedures are aligned with the new standards for safety and hygiene. In accordance with the World Health Organization’s guidelines, and in consultation with the Greek Ministries of Health and Tourism, we have updated our integrated Health and Safety Plan with respective measures and specifications across all departments.

 

Faced with the unprecedented turn of events, the Greek State, as well as other EU countries, recently adopted a law, compatible with EU law, that allows businesses in the travel industry to issue a voucher instead of extending an immediate refund. This voucher covers the deposit or pre-payment for all individual bookings from 23 February 2020 to 31 October 2020 under the above policy.

 

If the voucher is not redeemed within 18 months from the issue date, the entire amount will be returned at that time. This measure is valid both for individual refundable and non -refundable reservations.

 

We do regret any inconvenience this new legislation may cause. We truly believe, we are in this together and we want to thank you in advance for your solidarity.
